Raw materials are hand-selected from chosen farms and meticulously controlled in a modern factory. Three generations of family expertise in charcuterie production. Located in the Emilia Romagna region, between Ravenna, Ferrara, and Bologna.

All Bonvini products are gluten-free and lactose-free.
