Colussi
The Colussi family has roots in Northern Italy, with the story beginning in 1911 in Venice. Their mission involved transforming quality flour into bread and then into typical Venetian cakes, Baicoli.
During the 1940s, the first major factory opened in Perugia. Today, Colussi is part of Gruppo Colussi, comprising approximately ten brands total. The company operates in over 60 countries across five continents.
