It was 1960 when Aldo Carozzi began producing his cheeses. In the heart of Valsassina, Lombardy, Carozzi Formaggi started handling the production and aging of cheeses.

The brand expanded across generations and established an international presence. For over 50 years, production has combined the traditional passion for cheesemaking in Pasturo with contemporary global flavour trends.
