The city of Mantova in northern Italy has a long tradition of vinegar production. Here, Giorgio Mengazzoli founded the family business that has taken this tradition further today.

Mengazzoli Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP Invecchiato Gran Riserva is produced exclusively by expert Cesare Mengazzoli. It is described as a fantastic, high-quality balsamic with incredible density, perfect for vinaigrettes and as a flavour enhancer in sauces. The product works well served directly on cheese, fresh fruit, or vegetables.
