Grappolini

With four generations of knowledge behind him, Giuseppe Grappolini is one of the world’s best olive oil makers.

The fine olive oils are the result of Giuseppe’s close collaboration with his olive farmers, carefully selected raw materials, and controlled production. Grappolini has also developed a unique system for bottling olive oil under vacuum, which preserves all the aromas and flavours of the olive oil.

“The unique thing about my olive oil is that it is bottled under vacuum. This means that the finest flavour nuances of the olive oil are preserved better and at least three times longer than in a regular olive oil.”

Grappolini olive oils are used by some of the best restaurants in the world.
