• Consistently work to draw attention to the importance of Mediterranean food for a sustainable lifestyle.
• Regularly inspire with campaigns, knowledge, and new taste experiences to promote the use of olive oil in both cold and hot cooking.
• Work to ensure that food is a pleasurable part of life that is worth both time and care.
